I am bursting to tell you that I am here. I have been dreaming of this day for a very long time.
I am called a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am a registered nurse with lots of advanced training that leads me to independently be able to sit with you, talk, and explore what is going on. Because I am a health care provider, I will use very defined medical diagnostic terms in documentation. But, I will see you as a person and will look at these terms as opportunities to make your life better. Primary services include management of adults with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, mood disorders, and post traumatic stress disorder. I collaborate with other mental health and medical professionals.

We will talk about treatment options which could include: medications, therapy, exercise, nutrition, and stress management. My primary role would be to discuss and manage medications with you — their role, risks, benefits, and alternatives. I am not a therapist nor a psychologist, but can easily refer you to those very helpful services.
I will take a balanced approach to go beyond symptom relief and help you find ways to revitalize your life so that you can thrive in all of your endeavors. I want to support you in reaching your optimal physical and mental health. I believe in working one-on-one with each patient to provide expert medical treatment, guidance, and care tailored specifically for your health concerns.

Meet Tammy E. Weyenberg
Tammy E. Weyenberg is a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in the psychiatric evaluation and medical management of individuals whom are suffering from mental illness. She provides services and maintains a private practice in Little Chute, WI.
She enjoyed nearly ten years in Family Medicine and over that time she became more passionate about mental health and wellness. Following her passions, she completed further education at UW-Madison in order to gain a Psychiatric-Mental Health specialty certification. She desires to serve adults (18+) in an outpatient psychiatric practice.
