Tammy E. Weyenberg is a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in the psychiatric evaluation and medical management of individuals whom are suffering from mental illness. She provides services and maintains a private practice in Appleton, WI.
She enjoyed nearly ten years in Family Medicine and over that time she became more passionate about mental health and wellness. Following her passions, she completed further education at UW-Madison in order to gain a Psychiatric-Mental Heath specialty certification. She desires to serve adults (18+) in an outpatient psychiatric practice.
Born and raised near the Fox Valley, she is an inviting, smiling and dedicated medical professional. She is truly committed to creating an individual and hope-filled experience for each patient that comes into her office. She believes the way to provide meaningful care is through listening, honest feedback, and empowering self-improvement in those she serves.
